When he started the bonus game on one slot, he saw it and left the reels spinning, switching to another slot. Apparently, the bonus game didn't end automatically and no winnings were credited. This became the basis for the cancellation of the bonus.
Intentionally or not, casinos do not want players to wait until the moment when the bonuses are wagered and the bonus round winnings are already credited to the player's real account. Until now, I personally have not heard of such a practice. But since casinos massively insert this condition, it means that there are players who are trying or have tried to use it.
If you like to switch from slot to slot, you need to be careful about how you got the bonuses. When playing with your own money, this will not be counted as a violation. After all, the casino makes no difference.
It is best to check with the support team if you will be considered to have postponed the bonus round if you simply switch the tab and soon return to the slot to activate or continue the bonus game. This way you avoid embarrassing mistakes.
